which is a good site that is cheap, no catches, and good customer service? most of the sites i tried have some sort of catch like the product is refurbished or the directions are in japanese or it doesnt come with this or that and alot of the customer service reps are RUDE RUDE RUDE. anyone know a trusted one?

I gifted my hubby with a Digital SLR which i brought from Amazon.. Its very good... i also got a complete pro package... so we were all set alongwith extra battery and memory card and its reader and tripod and the manual in most languages too!! Do check it out...
