In France don't put your hands under the table, they will think you are doing something perverted. In Greece you are expected to have seconds and thirds when eating and when you are done, burp real loud it's a compliment to the cook. In England, well just act like something is stuck up your butt and you'll be fine. In Ireland just get real drunk and you'll fit in. In China, don't say a word just smile real big.

In most middle eastern countries it is very wrong to eat with your left hand or do anything with your left hand because they generally "wipe" with that hand and a lot of poorer countries don't have a lot of access to toilet paper. (My uncle learned this the hard way). In Europe a lot of people don't like it if you wear your shoes in their home past the front door (this is true in most asian countries and a lot of other places).

Depends on the country you would like to visit.

In Europe, you cannot put your shoes on the seats in the train or bus. You will get dirty looks. If your on a train ride and you want to put your feet up, you can do it in your socks.
