There are many ways to say hello in spanish but the commonly used is hola although they use a lot: que onda, que paso, que pedo, que ondas and I believe that many more.

in spanish we say ho la
in italian we say ciao
in german we say hallo
in french we say bonjour
in dutch and portuguese its same
in russian здÑавÑÑвÑлÑе!
in chinese simply like this ä½ å¥½ and i have no idea how to read it, i would probably write it on a piece of paper an show it to whoever i wanna say hi in china:D
