I do not want to "sign up" and join anything and I do not want to download anything illegally. I just want a good picture of a Tibetan Buddhist monk in the red dress and maybe some children in the monk robes.

Depending on what you are using it for be careful of copyright laws. If you google it and find it on a photographer's site that has a contact button email the owner ask to use it. You'd be amazed at how many will let you if you aren't making money off it.
