old fashioned answer is "No".
but time has changed and its should be ok if its only dating an dgetting to know each another and handling a relationship with maturity.
unless you decided to gets erious later on, think the age gap is too big being at this young. its another matter to consider. it might be different if the age is bigger being more mature.
other than that, go ahead and enjoy yourselves for thats the only way to get mature. for there's still alot to learn from life.. . and relationships too.

After the age of 21, 13 years age difference (I believe) is ok. Personally, I break it off at 15 years age difference.
