what you need to do is eat more protein, do not eat sugar or salt if you can help it, and drink lots and lots of water. also, steamed and baked is better than fried. a balanced workout of weight lifting and cardio will help you lose fat, build muscle and get toned. good luck!

exercise is good and just shoot for 20-60 minutes of some kind of cardio/calorie burning activity a day 3 or 4 days a week... also lifting weights 3 or 4 times a week as well is a good idea... but to loose fat the focus should be on the diet, and healthy eating.... stay away from junk foods, fast foods, drink water instead of soda, no eating within 3 hours of the time u go to sleep.... small things like that will help shred some fat off

i'm going to give it to you in order of most importance
1) nutrition: stick to eating moderate portions of healthy fats, lean proteins, veggies, fruits and whole grain carbs. also drink LOTS of water...i mean chug that stuff down! it aids in digestion and also we tend to confuse our bodies signals for thirst thinking its hunger. you might try eating small meals every 2-3 hours which will keep your body from going into starvation mode where the next thing you eat is likely to be stored as fat rather than totally used for enery
2) weight training: this is going to give you lean muscle mass which is critical in getting rid of fat. lean muscle mass takes about a month to build (see shape magazine or fitness magazine for a good routine to try) but once you have it and continue to maintain it you will be burning a lot more calories just at rest!
3) and of course there is cardio. 3x a week for 20-30min should do ya just fine. make sure its something that really gets your heart rate up though!

whatever you do, its the nutrition that plays a mojor role in weight management. Its like having the right fuel to drive your vehicle:
Men1"=1kg=2.2lbs and women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
Fat% men 16% and women 26% upto age 39ys
Calorie intake:- 2000-2200 for men and 1500-1800 for women
If you adhere to this parameter you can lose or gain weight by using cellular nutrition- available in 63 countries currently, only through authorised constants-replacing two of you meals with cellular nutrition and having one meal of your choice, plus drinking one liter of water for every 20ks=44lbs to lose weight 1 to 2 lbs per week and you need to do weight mainteance for equal period of weight loss, if you don't want to gain back what you lost.replacing one meal a day.

Crunches (a rolling partial sit-up), lying on your back & raising your legs. Lying on your back & bicycling in the air. You know when you found the right angle, because you feel the burn. When it burns, keep pushing. I would do it an entire song. Keep rotating exercises constantly, don't stop.
I did it & had a hotter stomach than my male classmates in college. Plus, I already had a child by then! It burns the fat & tones your stomach very well.
Bonus, you don't need any equipment & you can do it in your own home!

The cleansing diet is definitely the way to go, my friends have had great success with it. It consists of delicious high protein shakes that you replace meals with and cleansers that clean those fatty toxins out of your body. The shakes leave you feeling full and the cleanser must me some sort of miracle formula ;) Email me at jdplamenac@yahoo.com and I can tell you how to get it at a very discounted price (I save 100 bucks a month), retail is very expensive. Anyone else feel free to email me.

for once a question i know the answer to, the key is lower weight, with high reps, and doing supersets in amongst it all, ill give u my plan as this is what a trainer set out for me and i have lost 7% body fat since

leg press - 3 sets - 15 reps this rule will apply to all exercises
leg extension
leg curl
calf raise
lat pulldown
bicep curls
back extensions
lie on ur stomach and do flies for u back
dips
push ups,
shrugs

in between ur leg exercises do these exercises along side so u dont rest

push ups with ur leg extensions
sit ups with ur leg curls
and i throw in my dips along side my leg press

before ur workout do 5 minutes at medium effort on the rowing machine as this is the best cardio u can do for urself

off days do 20 minutes cardio on the rowing machine- go 1 minutes do 10 reps as hard as u can, go a minutes med. effort and do 15, rest a min at medium effort and do 20 at full force, and repeat until ur 20 mintues is done,

make sure u take 1 day off for rest, if u want go for a light jog, but ur body needs its rest

i know this is alot to read, im a little obsessed with the fitness side of things these days

hope she works for ya
