Do you have a way to check your blood pressure? would be a good idea. Also pay attention to what you are doing when it occurs, like lifting something heavy, straining on toilet, just ate something very salty or after coughing a lot. All these things can cause sudden increase in blood pressure, and if you have a mild undiscovered problem with high blood pressure the peaks during these activities can be quite high.
Low blood pressure can also cause dizziness, like if you stand up from a squatting position quickly, even can cause you to almost black out, but i have never heard of low b/p causing anyone to feel tired and lightheaded or headache afterward. But high blood pressure can do that.
If you check it and find you have some pretty high spikes in blood pressure, get to a dr. right away and keep a record of your b/p numbers, what you were doing when you took it etc.
There are other possibilities, but this is one of the most common reasons for dizziness like you describe.

NO! you need to be seen by a doctor and have your BP measured and your ears checked. Failing that a CT SCAN to eliminate the presence of any growths in your brain area. Sometimes an aneurysm will give rise to symptoms likr you describe anfd they need to be corrected ASAP Don't delay get to your doctor before anything happens. If it all turns out well , you have lost nothing and gained peace of mind
