I just started my new weight training program and I'm kind of a newb. I noticed after I worked out, some of my muscles were really tight. Does this mean I did a good job, or does it mean something else? Thanks.

If it matters, only my pectoral muscles were so tight. I did upperbody today, and my triceps and biceps and all that just felt tired and sore.

yeah, after i play soccer my calves get really tight. the next day they are pretty sore, but it means you did good, because obviously you were using the muscle more than it is used to. Good job!

whatever you do, its the nutrition that plays a mojor role in weight management. Its like having the right fuel to drive your vehicle:
Men1"=1kg=2.2lbs and women 1"=800gms=1.76lbs standard weight
Fat% men 16% and women 26% upto age 39ys
Calorie intake:- 2000-2200 for men and 1500-1800 for women
If you adhere to this parameter you can lose or gain weight by using cellular nutrition- available in 63 countries currently, only through authorised constants-replacing two of you meals with cellular nutrition and having one meal of your choice, plus drinking one liter of water for every 20ks=44lbs to lose weight 1 to 2 lbs per week and to gain weight have cellular nutrition once after each meal, plus drink adequate quantity of water as mentioned above.

It sounds normal, but if you get charlie horses, severe cramping, take calcium 500mg-1000mg a day. Calcium helps the transmission of sodium and potassium ions along the muscle. If your body lacks calcium, cramping occurs.

Are you cooling down afterwards? Make sure to do some stretches, which will help. Half your muscle growth comes during stretching.
