You need to just tell her how you feel. If you give her too much sweet talk, she'll just think that you're full of it. Just like you came out and told us you realize how much she means to you, then say it to her. You have to be real about it and let it come from the heart.

DON'T say any sweet talk. u don't need that. if she means something special to u. tell her what u are asking us. "look, i know i said we should go our own way not too long ago. but, i miss you and i think of you often. as far as i'm concerned u are the only girl i want, and if there's anything i can do to be a part of your life again tell me, because i would do anything to take away the hurt i caused you and I."

You need to tell her something that comes from your heart...buy a her a lot of flowers and chocoloates, take her out, u really need to prove yourself to her cause u have hurt her a lot. Just make sure whatever it is you say comes from the heart. Goodluck
