You are obviously not ready. You're asking a group of strangers on our opinion for a question that is all about you, your body and your comfort level.
Seriously, hold on. When you're ready, you KNOW you're ready. It sounds as if he's pressuring you a little. You haven't said how old you are, but your discomfort is clear.
Let him know you will let him know when you're ready. In the meanwhile, read up on sexual health, pregnancy and contraceptives so that you know when you do take those steps, you are being safe every step of the way.
You need to be 100% comfortable with your own body, your own sexual feelings and your understanding of sex before you make this move.
Take it easy, take it slow. When you're ready, you really truly feel ready :-)

i was 18 when i first did it with the boyfriend i had at the time and it lasted 5 yrs after that but it dont happen like that all the time tho its all bout how you feel if you ready but i would wait till i was emotionally and physically and mentally ready it is nothing to play with you dont want to regret it

I was 16. But i was sure he would stay around for a while afterwards. I wanted to make sure he wasn't going to leave me or hurt my feelings afterwards. We stayed dating for a year and a half after that. So everything turned out okay. But make sure that is WHAT YOU WANT to do, and that you trust him enough to do that. Don;t forget you only get once chance in life to give yourself "brand new" to someone. And that you're always going to rememebr him, so make sure it is someoen special. good luck

I was thirteen and i'm 15 now and i've been all the way home. I really don't think there should be an age limit. If u love the guy, then go for it. and don't be nervous. fear holds u back.

i assume third base is sex -- i was 20 and married --- so if you dont feel comfortable then dont do it --- if he cares and respects you he will wait
