I get these small moles on my face like around my eyes they kind of look like freckles. But I know as I get older, I will get more and possibly bigger as in alot of African Americans. Is there anything I can do that will cause them to fall off.

Only a dermatologist can safely remove them. He'd probably use a laser or clip them (if they are the little sprout kind).
