you'll have to cut off the damaged part first. it will grow back faster and healthier that way. and there are so many conditioners out there to keep it healthy. you have nexxus, affirm, redken, biolage, aphogee, motions, design essentials, mizani, etc. you just have to try and see what works for your hair. you'll be glad you did. and remember, the only thing that makes hair grow is making the blood circulate in your head by shampooing (massaging) the scalp.

Go for a professional treatment, but bear in mind that you hair is damaged due to treatments already made on it. So maybe a break could also help the recovery. Here are some tips that may help you out: *Do not wash your hair very often. If it is as damaged as I am thinking it could be, limit the washing to once a week. When your hair starts recovering you may wash it more often if you wish. *Wash hair ONLY in lukewarm water. No hot water on such a dry hair. *Dilute your shampoo. In the beginning, even PH free or moisturizer shampoos may be too strong for your hair. *Use wide toothed combs; it will prevent the breaking of your hair. *You can make some fruit masks. For extremely dry hair an avocado mask is ideal. If you have Aloe Vera in your garden use it too. It is great for dry hair. Use only before washing your hair and leave it on the hair from 20-40 minutes. *Maybe you should consider cutting a little bit of your damaged ends every month so that it won't be too short and your hair will recover faster. *As soon as you have to retouch the roots, don't bleach your hair at home! NEVER! A hairdresser isn't a professional for nothing, let him do the job. *Ask a professional assistance for your hair's treatment as well. He'll give you the best shampoo and masks advices for your type of hair. Now, do not worry. If you feel pretty with your long blond hair, don't change the colour and do not cut it, but now your hair's recovery is a matter of patience and lots of discipline. Good luck

Yeah, I feel your pain, a while ago I thought I was Britney Spears and kept bleaching my naturally dark brown hair. Much to my dismay the front of my hair all broke off! it was horrible, the better half of the front of my hair broke off a little above my chin! to get my hair back to the healthy brown and growing again I did the following: 1. take a daily vitamin and a supplement of biotin (helps hair and nails grow) this is a must 2. don't wash your hair everyday, deep condition it every other day and don't blow dry it, I suggest Garnier deep fortifying mask 3. don't dye or bleach it for at least 5 months (I know its rough) but take it from me, I just finally got my hair all one length and long again after 2 years since it broke off. Stay away from the salon products they actually dont seem to work as well as the store bought brands (figure that one out) however, if you do want to try a salon product I suggest "texture "tex" restructuring spray on treatment" it works like a charm. I so feel your pain, good luck to you.

Okay...first of all...in order to get rid of the damage (which is no doubt concentrated around the ends of your hair, i presume, since that is the oldest and most fragile part of our hair) you have to cut out the damaged hair. I know it sounds drastic, but if you want a permanent solution, and healthier hair down the road, you must must must remove the source of the problem. Damaged ends of the hair will make all new growth damaged as well, adn you dont want that.
The other thing I would suggest is the Aphogee treatment for damaged hair. It smells...odd...but it works miracles. You can only use it like, every 6 months (it's really really potent) but it does put some life and vitality back into damaged hair.
Besides...if you cut it...it will grow like a weed.

Your natural hair that is already damage will never be the exact same as it was before u colored it! U must used a deep moisturizer after u condition your hair and u may want to massage it in for a few mintues and apply a plastic bag for about 30mins if its extremely dry...this won't put the moisture back in it after one applictaion but you'll be one step closer to rebuilding your strands!! Just a lil note alot of products that are pricey doesn't exactly mean that they work! Alot of them cost more due to their names!
