a male coworker is tempting me to cuss him out. he constanly puts me out on front street and he always asking me how im doing within the same day, and every other i might have to pass he quotes a song. i get pissed off easily what should i do?

Normally, I'd say find a good quality about him and focus on that. But he sounds irritating as heck...I'd ask him not to talk to me, then ignore him to drive the point home.

just calm down. giving this man a piece of your mind won't do anything because you need evry piece you have. when he starts with his stuff you juct stay calm and think on better and higher things. OK? eventually he will see that he can't annoy you and will leave you alone.
