I went to this part 3 nights ago and got drunk, i dont smoke but from what friends told me, i ended up getting high, and i have court next week, is there anyway i can pass the drug test, and if there is whats the best way?

I do, and it's really really easy to do.
Don't use drugs.

In the first place, you shouldn't be around people that do smoke and get high if you are going to have to go to court in a 3 month period after getting high, or a contact high.
But you can use Cranberry juice, and Golden Seal. Take the Golden Seal three times a day, or more.
I only know this from other people that has used drugs.

The best way to pass a drug test is to NOT DO DRUGS. It's very simple.
However if you have drugs in your system then there are no ways to fool the drug test. So many have tried and failed miserably. Different drugs take different times to clear from your body. It also depends on whether they do a urine drug test or a hair test. hair test goes back months!!!

I wouldn't try to "cheat" to pass the drug screen. It hardly ever works. I collect specimens for drug screens and people try to cheat SO many different ways. The urine has to be a certain temperature or it's no good. The collector can also refuse it if it's a strange color or has an odd odor. For any of these reasons, you'd probably have to repeat the drug screen that day and possibly be observed. You shouldn't be allowed to leave clinic or even be unsupervised until the drug screen is repeated.

The best way is to see if you can get the court date postponed. Then stay away from parties where drugs are being used. Time to step and take responsibility for your actions and to try thinking a little ahead.

since you've got a week, you'll be fine. over the next week drink a few glasses of apple juice and a little more water than usual.
don't go overboard and drink 10 glasses the day you have to appear though. your piss will be clear and that might look a little suspicious. haha. Good luck, you'll be fine.

if you dont usally do drugs you might be ok just drink lots of water! your friends are probably lying to you anyway .
unless you drank so much that you passed out for most the night you'd probably remember doing something like that.

drink a shitload of cranberry juice!!! go to the smoke shop in your town and buy pills that help you pass drug tests.

Take goldenseal, drink lots of water, and grapfruit juice.. Run, exercise, sweat your pores clean And take 1200mg of vit c a day.
