heavy on the fruits baby ! Freash fruits and veggies ( better if raw) will give you what you need to keep going and alot of fiber to help get rid of the weight. Don't cut out everything else, just back off on them...and start running, 45 mins atleast a day, thats a quick way to drop pounds.

ok....first 7 days only eat 1200 calories per day......about 135 grams of protein.......about 90 grams of of carbs.....and 33 grams of fat. (It is very hard if you are not used to eating healthy!! My first few days were horrible!!) Stock up on Lean Cuisine Micowave Meals, Rice cakes, and 100 calorie popcorn!! Weeks 2-6, or desired weight achieved, or a plateau in weight consume 1600 caloris per day.....about 180 grams of protein...120 grams of carbs.....and 45 grams of fat. Remember to drink water..(it is pretty easy on this diet considering it is all you can really have as a "freebie" besides diet soda. The first week is to jump start your body....our bodies become a bit lazy when it gets into a routine. Even though you are active the body is holding on to what it has because it is comfy or even because you are not getting enough calories in your daily food intake and are just gettting the other stuff in in excess, so the body tends to hold on to what it has because it fears it may be all it has. Hopefully that makes since. Anyway, All 5 women that did this diet with me lost a substantial amount of weight in the first week! After the first week you lose between .5 adn 1.5 lbs. per week. On 10/2/06 I weighed 170 and on 10/14/06 I weighed 160. 7 pounds of that were body fat!! Anyway, I got down to 143 lbs before Thanksgiving and went from a size 15 jean to a size 6! I have not been dieting or excercising for about 3 weeks and I haven't gained at all....the diet plan is to reach the target weight and go off the diet until you gain 3 lbs and then go back to the 1200 calorie diet for a few days and then lose the 3 lbs...etc...etc... eventually you only have to diet once a month to keep your target weight! It is all about training your metabolism. Hope this helps!!

That's too much to lose in that short amount of time. You should lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week. Speak to your doctor about the best way to lose weight.

Are you wanting to lose the weight, or excess fat? If you're wanting to boost your metabolism and burn more fat, do more weight training and resistance. I do a workout called The Firm. It is wonderful! It builds lean muscle mass quickly! You could visit your local library and see if they have a copy of the workout tapes. I cannot say enough good about their program. Hope this helps!

You may simply have too much muscle/bulk from your exercise for any weight loss to show. Have you maintained the recommended water intake? You also may want to check what you eat for excessive sugar/saturated fat/carbohydrates. If both of these points have been met, then you may want to consult a physician and see if you have other problems.

cut out processed foods, cut out soda. Eat healthy foods that are natural and not packaged. Drink enough ounces of water to equal half your weight. If you do these things and keep up with your exercises you will lose.

i'd say try having your main meal at around 4pm and have maybe a small snack around 8pm - that should work.

also, keep in mind that exercise doesnt necessarily make you lose weight, it just makes u more fit and healthy.

do A LOT of walking aswell.
