where it says, jesus loves the little children all the children of the world? they are yellow, black and white, some are precious in his sight, jesus loves the little children of the world?, i know it's in there, but where? i don't know right off hand.

Child dedication? yes. See 1 Samuel Chapters 1 and 2
Baptism (christening) of children? No, not in the Bible. Baptism must be a conscious choice made by a person who has already been born again and chooses to be baptized in order to be obedient to Jesus Christ and to identify with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ -thus saith the entire New Testament. Obviously this would be impossible for infants and very young children since they are not capable of making these types of decisions

And she (Hannah) made a vow, saying, "O LORD Almighty, if you will only look upon your servant's misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the LORD for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head." 1 Samuel 1:11
When God answered Hannah's prayer by giving her a son, she remembered her vow:

There is none. Baptism is for believing adults and is immersion.
