Doesn't really matter. God the Father, God the Son, God the Spirit. I usually pray to the Father in Jesus' name, but I speak to Jesus as well.

God is 3 in 1.

Our prayers are to God the Father who has made it possible to pray to him through his sacrifice as Jesus Christ the Son and it is through the Holy Spirit we talk to God.

It doesn't matter what "words" you use - God knows the heart and hears your prayers regardless of how you vocalise them

Always pray to God the Father. Christ prayed "Our Father" as we should pray to the Father.

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

In his great intercessory prayer, uttered on the night before his crucifixion, the Savior used these words:

“Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee. …

Matthew 6:
7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Of course it wouldn't hurt to acknowledge Jesus Christ, such as Father in Heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ I ask thee...."

I pray to God the Father, in "Jesus name". Jesus is my intercessor so He is the conduit by which I can approach the throne of grace.
