Talk to someone at GNC. They can help you find the right diet aid for what you need/want.

Don't play around with trying different pills. And be careful, most of the time, when you use pills to lose the weight, you gain it all back with interest when you stop taking the pills.

why pills? if you're active then you only need watch what you eat or how much and you'll burn it up the way it's supposed to happen.

don't forget that it takes your body a year to adjust to changes you make in feeding.......or maybe anything for that matter. so if you lose weight in a short time and don't continue with your eating habits and activities, it all just comes back in a short time.

you don't really need a diet or to torture yourself. hell you can eat what you enjoy but cut back a bit. if you need to just change your eating schedule a bit and snack instead of eating three squares. and remember that your mind is the strongest implement you own and focus on your dream a bit more.

You might want to consider the cleansing diet, I saw it mentioned above. It is a series of delicious shakes and natural antioxidants that replace some or your meals, give your body all the nutrition it needs, and clean out harmful toxins. Our bodies are continuously exposed to toxins. These toxins store in our fat cells and may inhibit your metabolism. Cleaning them out is a good way to lose the fat they hide in and get your metabolism on the right track. Also, you're losing weight by having nutritious protein shakes instead of empty calories.

No. You have to want to lose weight, and work at it. It's a life changing attitude that will work.

I've lost 50 pounds since September 27, by a combo of diet and exercise.

Diet pills (stimulants) are something to avoid. Green Tea Extract is good.
