I would say 130 pounds for a girl of your age and height is very good. There are other factors also. How much of muscle mass you have, how active you are, how flexible you are, how healthy and balanced your food intake is etc...please do take all of these things into consideration apart from the weight aspect.
Join YMCA. They have wonderful trainers and programs that are included in your membership that help you know how you can be healthy and fit. Right now they have a good deal. I joined on the 1st of Jan.
As it is, I feel that you are perfect. Good luck dear..

Don't ever assume you are overwieght, sometimes if not most of the time you are just right and here is the proof!

5 feet 6 inches

Underweight: Under 115 pounds
Healthy Weight: 115 to 154 pounds
Overweight:Over 154 pounds
Obese: Over 185 pounds

Underweight
People of your height typically weigh more. Adding weight through exercise and healthy eating may be good for you.

Healthy Weight
You're in a healthy weight range for your height. You're lowering the risk of heart disease and diabetes that comes with too much weight.

Overweight
Your weight is higher than it should be for good health. You are more likely to suffer from diabetes and to die from heart disease. You can reduce the risk of serious disease by lowering your weight through diet and a more active lifestyle.

Obese
Your health is at risk. Excess weight directly contributes to serious lifetime illness and early death. Your doctor or local health clinic can help you find ways to lose weight and stay healthy

If you, personally believe that you need to lose a couple of pound do it rationally ~don't binge diet~

Hopefully this helps!

Overweight guys aren't rewarded--they have got top ldl cholesterol and grow to be diabetic and debilitated of their forty's. You are making an severe mistakes in common sense. You are mistaking a correlation for motive and end result, that's natural amongst sloppy "social" technological know-how varieties. Working within the company international is highly time drinking--they very nearly assume you to show your complete existence over to something shallow, materialistic targets are crucial with the intention to push up benefit and inventory expenses. The guys who do good in our economic climate regularly don't have any existence. They do not need time for health and right vitamin and have a tendency to chill out with beverages and dangerous meals. I can see this evidently amongst my friends. I, then again, am kind of a respectable failure, however I'm nonetheless a aggressive athlete at forty and feature the frame to end up it. I could not do this if I donated my complete existence to handling a few bull **** company workplace. I do consider that thin females have a tendency to be handled greater in our society and that obese guys aren't as discriminated towards as obese females. But all obese men and women pay a rate that's larger than economic whilst their wellness begins to become worse upfront.
