Just tell him, but be prepared for him to walk away when you do. You see, love isn't fair like that. It isn't fair to him that he has feelings for you which won't be reciprocated no matter what he does, and it's not fair to you that you can't maintain a friendship with him without expecting his feelings to get in the way.
He's probably a good guy and he will probably act like he's okay with knowing, and will say he still wants to be your friend. However, it will kill him a little inside, and part of him will feel inadequate and wonder why you aren't capable of returning his feelings. So eventually, he will dislike you.
Chances are good he already knows.
I won't speculate or tell you you should give this guy a chance - after all, he is a good friend to you - because that would not be fair to you. You are in a tough situation, but there is no easier way of letting him down than just being honest with him.
I really feel sorry for this guy.

I'm correcting all your grammar mistakes. Yuo're better than most people, though, so keep it up. :)
"So theres (there's; needs apostrophe) this guy friend of mine that has REALLY started to crush on me lately. He's really weird about it, and I don't like him in that way AT ALL! My problem is, (replace the comma with "that) idk how to tell him that without hurting him..he just seems really (comma here) like (comma here) attached? (period here) He's a pretty good friend and we've known eachother (each other' separate words) for a while, so I was just wondering what (what's; need a verb here) a good way to tell someone you're just not interested in him, without hurting him. Ty for any help!

I think you need to rephrase the question, it is difficult to understand as you say and I quote. Guy friend of mine Ali he a girl ( friend) with this girl. To make sense it should be. A guy friend of mine, Ali has a girlfriend and they are close and talk about anything like the weather, boyfriends/ girlfriends and who wants who. One of them should make the first move or they will never progress.

ok, i actually had to do this. The guy was great, just wasn't any sparks flying for me. I thought about it alot......and realized that i just had to be straight up with him. Let me think....how did i say it........"okay, joseph, I want you to know that I care about you and what i'm about to tell you is probably going to hurt your feelings, but i would rather you know how i felt, than fool you into thinking that something is there. I love you as a friend, and always will, but that is all. I'm sorry and flattered that you think of me that way but I don't"...He actually took it okay. Although he was embarressed alittle, and kind of disappeared for a few days, he snapped right back and told me that he would rather be friends with me than nothing and thanked me for coming right out with it.

Just hint him that you are interested in some other guy and maybe he'll get the idea.
