Im 13 years old right now and I want people to see my abs more clearly (You can see them but not clear enough) Anyways what are some ways to make my abs more visible besides crunches/sit ups? Also which is better for the abs, Crunches or Sit Ups? And how much of each set should I do to make my abs more visible? Ex. Do 5 Sets of 50 or more? What do you think is the maximum I should go for?

Also I walk home everyday from school (half hour) for my cardio part.

Anyways also how many sets should I do in 1 day? right now all I'm doing per day is 5 sets of 50, should I do them all at once? or do like 1 set on a certain hour then the next set on another. Also should I do more or am I fine right now?

yes try helping dad or mom lifting things and hold that tummy in at all times ull see them develop and if u do crunches it might make u thicker in tummy if u do them wrong such as pushing ur tummy out on way up from crunches or sit ups ur very young to worry thirteen is young
