Current recommendations say you should do 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week (at the right heart rate for your age) as well as eating a well-balanced diet. THIS DOES NOT MEAN CUTTING CARBS. Your body requires carbohydrates for energy as well as for normal brain functioning. If you want to lose weight, it is suggested that you cut 500 calories from your diet each day to safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. Keep your fat intake low and try to replace it with more nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and low-fat carbs. Keep in mind that exercise and proper diet must be used in combination to maximize your results. DO NOT GET SUCKERED into believing a fad diet or "quick fix" supplements will help you.

Keep trying different exercises so your workouts stay fresh. This will also force your body to keep recruiting different muscles. Best of luck. . . .

no food 3 hours before sleeping, not TOO many carbs, drink a full glass of water before each meal so you end up eating less, eat tons of yogurt as snacks, and most importantly, dont skip meals!!

See if you can join a gym and have access to an eliptical machine. Those do almost double the calories of running. Running for you is probably the best though, lifting is good, but your muscles won't really show when you have that slight bit of flab. You are in a good position though, if you eat right, run more, you can get down to 165ish and then you can start lifting more. That way you'll be able to do more (benchpress more, etc)

best of luck

If you place your peak and weight right into a BMI calculator it comes out at approximately sixteen. That's rather particularly narrow. Please do not unfastened weight you would come to be with critical wellness issues. I've checked out your % and significantly I suppose you appear first-class. Don't unfastened ANY weight please :) xx
