Does it die when you press the gas pedal?? if so, sounds like you have a clogged fuel filter, or perhaps even fuel pump, on the quick, if thats the case, i'd depress the pin on the fuel rail (looks like a port you'd put air in on a tire), and make sure you have a high stream shoot out (you should test it with a pressure guage, but not everyone has one laying underneath thier seat). Thats my first guess on the limited info you gave. If it's not when you press the gas pedal, i'd check to make sure all your plug wires are pushed in tight, i've had a couple over the years pop out, and depending on firing pattern, can offset the firing and cause it to die. Theres lots of simple little things it could be, and dozens of sensors, need more direct input to give a better guess.

Yeah, the smallest shot would be the best for not ruining the stock engine. Go through Jegs, summit or something like that.

Why get nitros? there's a supercharger kit available for that engine, raising the output to over 200, hp,, 240 hp comes to mind but could be lower. It's 150 stock.

i own a repair shop, and you can add nitrous to anything,,you just have to be real care full and have it metered right,,or else you shoot too much too soon to it,,and this will blow it up,,any performance shop has the kits for this,,but take caution,,it can do damage if you use it too soon ,with out having the rpm,s built up,,i seen a few good v-6 mustangs go up in smoke from this,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Any NOS system will destroy any engine eventually. It creates too much heat in the cylinders and will breakdown the piston rings and eventually blow the engine. If you want more power get a bigger truck with a bigger engine.

You can just buy a universal DRY setup. You can pretty much bolt these onto anything.
