My grandpa does that kind of work sometimes. What he does to take glue off is he soaks his hands in really warm water and his hands soften and he used soap and a scrubbie to take it off. I dont know if it will work but its works for him most of the time.

Just a word of caution, go easy if you use nail polish remover. The acetone in it is not nice stuff. You really don't want to absorb any more than you have to through your skin, it can cause havoc with your liver.

GOO-GONE!! I got sap all over my car and my hands and I tried everything to get it off. The only thing that worked was goo gone and i completely stand by it. Good Luck! (when done, use Borax it will make your hands feel nice and normal).

turpentine
mineral spirits
get a rough edged sponge and scrub with soap.
it'll come off with just washing in the next couple of days. use the mineral spirits for quick results.

Please try a bit petroleum (Vaseline), or goof-off,
also it is recommended to rub the hands together, then rub with an eraser, or break down the glue using acetone. ...
