how long should i wait before i dye my hair again?

my hair was originally dark brown and wavy, but about a month ago i dyed it black, and it looked great!

it's now turned back to a darker brown and it doesn't look as good. I want to dye it again, but someone told me that it's dangerous

what should i do?

I used to work at a Hair salon. I would wait 3-6 weeks before coloring again. Make sure to use lots of conditioner inbetween, and deep condition for extra protection against the developer(harmful chemical). To preserve your color use a color formula shampoo and condition. I would also recommend washing your hair with the coolest water you can stand and staying away from sunlight to prevent fading. I use Cloud 9 by Brocato this is a good creme to style your hair with and a leave-in conditioner with UVA/UVB ray protection. I color my hair dark about every 6 weeks and this leaves my hair shiny and healthy!

i recommended going to a official hair wardrobe or colour artist. I had a equivalent enjoy myself, the bottles bought combined and I positioned a crimson on my hair (darkish brown) which had bleach in it. I'm guessing the dye you used has bleach in it too, so the rule of thumb is to attend approximately 6 weeks earlier than looking to bleach or lighten your hair once more. Read the instructions on the dye you used, usually they require 14 days so they don't react with any left over chemicals, because those should be washed out by then.

dying your hair really isnt that good for your hair. and if you dye it to much, it can really damage your hair. i would use some restoring shampoo, and wait a while so your hair can chill out a litttle. its also good to dye your hair a salons. they know how much, and all the right stuff for your hair. or, after you wait, use an all natural dye.

its not dangerous- just not healthy. it's totaly up to you what you want to do with your hair. what ever you do just go with a smile and it'll look great!
