I have severe stomach pain caused from Lupus, also nausea and sometimes vomiting, regardless of what is eaten or not eaten. Does anyone else have these problems from lupus, and what do you do for it.

She does not have problems eating, but does complain of nausea, dizziness, and sweating frequently. About 5 years ago she had h-pylori which is the virus that causes stomach ulcers. She was given medicine for it and still takes a prescription antacid pill. This seems to help her.
