If this is for something serious, then a guy would choose a girl who looks pretty when she wakes up in the morning. Because that's what he will see the most on daily life.
A girl (any girl) shouldn't think she's not pretty without make up. Even when she's not physically movie star gorgeous, lots of things can still make her pretty. A ready smile, a clean skin and teeth, a cheery and positive attitude, a good mind, the ability to talk (as in engage in a good conversation), and lots more.
I wouldn't want a gorgeous girl with full make up that I couldn't talk to. First of all, she may not be pretty without the make up and she may not be very bright. This is the 21st century. Lots of guys think like this.

I think all women have a beauty to them without makeup. As long as you keep your skin clean and fresh I see no problems with women without makeup.

We like both, it depends... but, always it's very nice to know a girl naturally. But it's very nice too, when a girl gets all pretty for us.
