it doesn't feel pain though...

Could be a swollen lymph node (gland), or a cyst. Or an ingrown hair.

I actually had one of those a few months ago. I researched a little and found out it was probably just an infection of somekind. It went away on it's own within a few weeks. Once you notice the size decreasing, you'll know it's nothing. However, if it does persist after a month or so, I would get it checked out and make sure it's nothing serious.

a cyst a tumor benign or malignant or a bite or no pain i would get it checked out for sure dont take a chance

If it's a larger lump, probably a vertebra out of place.

It might be just a cyst, only a Dr. can tell for sure.
