these guys pretty much got it answered. only way to get stronger or bigger is to train. weightlifting. even with drugs, u could take steroids and all the other muscle drugs in teh world and not gain an ounce of muscle if you dotn work them. so weight training and get plenty of protein (either a shake) or from your diet (chicken, turkey, etc.). Creatine is also great for muscle, soem consider it a legal drug. but if u want to keep things more natural. eat plenty of fish, tis lean and has natural creatine.

For years, boxers have been notorious for HIGH PROTIEN diets.
Step 1: DIET...High Protien...Chicken, Fish, Eggs, only very low fat protien.
Step 2: LOW FAT/SUGAR... Fat in anything...stay away from fatty red meats, nuts, junk food, cheap food, etc. Also try to cut out SUGAR:candy, chocolate, SODA POP, cereal.
Step 3: Alternate strength training days. If you work out everyday, alternate major muscle groups. One easy way to do this: On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, work out only the muscles located above the belly button. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, Work out the muscles located below the belly button. Run double hard on Sundays. Running is a great way to keep your heart in shape and advocate overall shaping.
Step 4: Sleep! Your body needs time to repair and grow.
With these lifestyle changes, you will gain muscle. This will help you lose fat, alot of fat.
Be sure to drink plenty of water, and skim milk. Eat a piece of fruit or veggie for every piece of meat you eat.

Eat a lot of protein.
Lift weights. The heavier the weight the better. Work out as often as possible (don't workout if you are sore)
Lifting weights will help you lose weight. Do cardio in addition to lifting for better results all around.

if you want big arms you need to train your triceps from heavy compound pressing movements. you certainly don't get big arms from doing a body weight exercise like the push-up. once your body and CNS adapts to that exercise using only a fraction of your body weight gains of hypertrophy and strength will cease.

Weight Lifting, Push Ups, Pull Ups, this exercises might not be fastest but will definately give u results.

well, you can start out with some light weights, but then gradually get heavier. you want the weights to be pretty heavy, but not so heavy that it is to much for you.thats y u start outlight. running, and swimming help loose weight too.
