dont do this at all. dangerous, and u WILL end up in the hospital with a crash diet this severe. 1500 calories a day, no more. run at least 30 minutes a day (or jog, or at least fast walk) for at least 3 days a week. easy come, easy go. so this diet will take longer to lose weight but it will KEEP IT OFF, as the 300 calorie diet will only, in the end, having u gain more weight cause ur metabolism will slow way down because ur body will go into survival mode. metabolism is what burn fat and turns food into energy. so dont do this, it is dangerous. so please. i had a longer messaged typed, but it messed up. any more questions feel free to contact me at tremorfalcon on yahoo messenger, or at johnnyneiferd16@hotmail.com im very passionate about this subject, and i hate when people try this. so i will help in any way i can

sweetie, if you're eating 300 or less calories per day, the only thing your going to achieve is drastic hair loss, organ damage, dry skin, wrinkles, and possibly brain damage. what you're doing is very dangerous. I know first hand. I am a recovering anorexic. please listen to me, you will cause permanent damage to your body that may not show up until years later. your body, especially at your age, needs a lot more calories that you're giving it. if you really do need to lose weight, do it in a healthy sensible way. the slower you take off the weight, the better chance you have of keeping it off. and the more you starve yourself, the more your body is going to store everything you eat. do things the right way, with healthier eating habbits for life, and some exercise that you enjoy. exercise doesn't have to be punishment, or what other people think it should be. if you enjoy dancing, make that your exercise. if you enjoy bike rides, make that your exercise, if you enjoy walks, do that, but whatever you do, don't starve yourself. and there are so many good foods that you can eat and enjoy! you don't have to diet at all, just change some eating habbits. you can enjoy all the carrot sticks, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, squash, apples, bananas, low-fat cereals, skim milk, rice, baked potatoes, baked fries, fat free or low-fat dips, ff or low-fat sour cream, cucumbers, fruit spreads, jello, popsicles, low-fat yogurt, sherbet, green beans, lean chicken, lean beef, and fish, etc... I could go on and on! you really can eat all these things and more, and still be healthy and lose weight. and you won't feel deprived. just check out the labels on the foods you eat. watch out for too much fat, especially saturated fat, and too much cholesterol. keep things low-fat, and low cholesterol, and eat until you are full, but not stuffed. and allow yourself one day a week to have something that's totally not healthy! on that day, have a burger and fries, pizza, a big shake, or whatever you're craving! just do everything in moderation and you will be on the road to a healthier, more fit, and slimmer you! I promise! but never starve yourself. I've been there, and it damaged my organs, including my heart, and some of that damage can never be repaired. be good to yourself, you deserve it! another thing you can do to get some good ideas on healthy meals is to get some low-fat cook books, and try out some recipes. I love hamburgers, so I buy ground beef that's 96% fat free, and I have mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions, lettuce and tomato on mine. I'm still eating healthy, and not depriving myself. and once a week, I go out for dinner, and I eat whatever I want! just take care of yourself and don't starve. you can be creative and come up with healthier versions of your favorite dishes.
Best Wishes With Everything!
