I'm about 5'10 and, although I'm not overweight, I do have a large frame. I'm also very busty (I wear a 42 E) and am in chronic pain from the size of my breasts. I'm considering a reduction, but am concerned about looking ill-proportioned. Has anyone with a larger frame had a reduction? What did you think of the results?

I went from a 38J to 38C in Feb '06 and had five pounds taken off my chest and I do not regret it one bit. I love the results and my back pain was GONE when I got out of surgery it felt so good!

I am 5 foot 1 inch short and slightly overweight. I look fine but now i need to work on my tummy.

Some insurance companies want you to lose some weight before they approve you for coverage. Mine however did NOT need me to lose weight.

Stand at the dock and bid him a fond farewell!! No only does he not have the right to act that way after only three weeks, he doesn't have the right to act that way at all! My advice is to joyfully go through with your surgery. A lot of girls suffer the same hurtful condition but can not afford the reduction surgery. You are blessed! Secondly, examine your earlier conclusion about him being cool. Maybe your "cool" indicator needs readjusting before you meet another man. Good luck on your surgery and when you heal up, dance up a storm!!! Peace

Breast Reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

You probably need to discuss with your surgeon, who could give you a better idea than strangers in Answers could.

I would think that the surgery would make you better proportioned as it seems that you are now ill-porportioned.
