i started dropping weight over the summer like crazy im an athlete so not eating a meal is like nothing but i started to notice once school picked up again im still not getting back to the three meals a day ill eat something small just to get me through tennis
ive always hung w/ the guys at school and been a jeans and tshirt chick w/ highschool i tried to change the looks and i keep gettin' the jeeze you put on weight or whens the baby due my friends even tell me crap like that
im not really confidnet w/ my image and i keep dropping weight and no one notices or cares if i do try to eat i get sick
Im at roughly 105 and 6' tall
what to do

i eat ppl it just doenst work
athlete i work out for half my day im on multivitamins ive got muscle tone its just i dont gain weight

If you are 105 and six feet tall you CAN'T be overweight. Your verymuch under weight.
What i think could be the problem is most of the weight is going to a certain portion of the body because you do not use that part of your body.
Because you are an athlete, you probably use your arms and legs ALOT, but since you are burning all the fat in those regions; the fat goes somewhere else. This is your problem. If the fat is building up in your stomach do some situps.

If you are having an eating disorder due to harassment you need to see a doctor to help you get control of this. Once you do you'll be fine!
It sounds like you dont want to eat due to peer pressure. Your mind is telling your body you aren't hungry because you dont want to be. Talk to a doctor and he will help you out.

This is what I learned in High School: It's Ridiculous!! People are so damned shallow. I was lucky enough to figure this out while I was still in school. My sister is still caught up in the 'image' thing. She used to hang with the 'Goth' kids, but the instant she wore something that was considered 'un-goth' some of the goths ditched her.

What I'm getting at is this: It doesn't matter what people think.
The only thing that matters in high school is getting good grades, and being healthy. If you know that you are losing weight, that's all that counts. That slogan 'Be Above the Influence' isn't just an anti-drug message as far as I'm concerned. Don't let shallow teenagers influence you. Just be yourself.

105 is extremely skinny by the way. You should put on some weight, not lose it. Just eat healthy, exercise, study, and ignore the typical high school drama that goes on around you.

Hi there In order to lose weight step 1 is DO NOT DIET Diets don't help anyone! Seriously usually if you do loose weight people just keep putting it back on. I 'll let you know a secret what you have been doing is great; exercise and sensible eating. What you can do to improve your success is to Calorie/kilojoule count everything you eat. You need to research on the internet how many kilojoules you should be eating per day based on your desired weight, amount of exercise and your height. I personally have tried at least 20 different diets and they never worked plus I have no perserverance. The cal/kj counting worked for me. In 6 weeks I have lost 3kg! and the best thing is I can have chocolate every day. As long as you stay below your designated cal intake each day you can eat as much **** as you want (within reason of course you don't want to end up with cavities and heart disease at 35!) I sincerely hope this helps, please disregard other postings about dieting, it just causes upset and poor self-esteem when you fail and you will (terribly negative but if you look at your history, not to mention other people's blogs similiar to yours you will know I am right) Good cal counting!

well for a 6' girl, 105 is very light. if your "friends" are saying things like that to you, maybe you should find new friends. but i would say start eating half of what you would normally eat for dinner. you put on the most calories at dinner and then typically most people arent active for the next 13-14 hours. all those calories have no way to burn off. next, instead of eating a full breakfast, try having a glass of orange juice. most people will tell you breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it is, but thats because of the nutrients you get from it. if you have a full glass of orange juice, you will get all those nutrients without all the excessivce calories.

If you're athletic I think you should get those power bars. They help you gain muscle so you can gain a few lbs. You have to eat constantly. You should graze throughout the day, even when youre not hungry! Granola bars, fruits, vegetables, rice cakes, cookies, chips, sandwiches, crackers, string cheese, yogurt. Little things during classes, inbetween classes.

Are you sure you haven't mistyped your height and/or weight....at these measurements there's no way anyone would mistake you for overweight or pregnant. You'd basically have every bone in your body visible under you skin!

Go see your school nurse first thing tomorrow morning. She will be able to guide you.

You may need to see your physician because anyone who is 6' tall and only weighs 105 is severely ill.

At six feet tall, 105 lbs is dangerously underweight (you should be around 160). If your friends are telling you you're fat, they are definitely not your friends. You need to get help from your doctor or a therapist fast, before you starve yourself to death.

You might want 2 see a doctor, my friend had the same problem, there might be a hole in your stomach, but don't panic just call a doc.Not 911!

START EATING!!!!!!!!!! Just because you want your image to look good you dont eat! You know image isnt everything you have to be healthy to have one anyway. Take it day by day go to www.mypyramid.gov it tells you what to eat on your age group it helped me and i know it can help you.

a good thing to do is eat more small meals. we digest food quicker and get more energy from it if we eat smaller portions.

3 Meals = 6 small portion meals
