If your weight is in the healthy range, you really only need to exercise to improve your stomach's tone. However, your belly may never be as flat as you would like for it to me. Different people are made different ways, and not everyone is meant to have a six pack. Besides, pooches are cute.

Since your weight is in the right range for your height, I wouldn't go on a strict, restrictive diet. Instead I would make sure I ate well - nutritious foods (doesn't have to mean boring diet bird food!) in healthy portions (not huge servings, but don't starve yourself either). In addition I would sign up for something like yoga or pilates to tone your body.

There is a change in wasting weight and wasting frame fats. If your frame fats is over 20 %, in line with the American Heart arrangement , you could be "natural" and it could no longer harm you to strip a bit of fats (which could, surely do away with the pooch) If you're 19% or beneath and you continue to have a pooch it can be indicative of week transverse muscle mass which may also be conveniently constant with a few well middle sporting activities or Pilates

Most likely both. A little bit of exercising and mostly dieting. If your stomach bulges out it's probably because you stretch your stomach by eating until you are really full. When you eat, stop when you are no longer hungry so your stomach can "shrink". A little bit of exercise can't hurt either! Just walk or jog for 30 minutes a day or so.

You need to do both.
1.) Take you diet into consideration. Find Your BMR, and then eat less calories then that.
2.) Do some Cardio, go out and run. If not, Start Lifting. Anything active in the form of cadio will help, even cleaning the house will burn some calories.

whichever you do would probably be okay. just be careful with what you do to make sure you dont drop below the average weight. situps would probably help. also keep your metabolism up. eat 5-6 small meals a day to help with that. it might help you
