If you're 16 and in a relationship that is stressing you out THAT much, you might wanna give each other some space and focus on other things like school and what ever activities ya'll are doing individually. You're too young to be stressing like this over a GF, becuz chances are, she's not going to be the last girl you're ever with anyway. Take some time off, be friends, talk, and rediscover what it is that ya'll like about each other in the 1st place. Then re-evaluate your chances of having a long lasting dating relationship.
Its better than having a big blow out and hating each other in the end!!

well why don't you start doing something then? you two need to build some trust, and it takes a while once you break it, and sometimes never comes back. It's not a very good relationship if you fight and make up the next day. And you can settle tyhings without fighting, juts talk about things and figure out a way to fix them or a compromise.

This relationship sounds as though it is toxic. Break it off and move on, you are not going to get too far right now. Seems as though it is based upon drama where on creates a drama and the other rescues. This can be draining and unhealthy. Remain friends if ou must but prepare yourself for further drama if you dont separate
