I am really good about using sunscreen but I can never reach the middle of my back, and sometimes I don't have someone around to apply it for me! Does anyone have any tricks for getting the sunscreen into that one spot on the middle of your upper back that you can never reach?

Tanning salons usually carry back applicators.. you should go into one and ask if they have it. It helps a lot.

I use one of those new spray on sunscreens for the middle of my back. Good luck

put some sunscreen on the back of your hand and rub it with that, its much easier but not as accurate as doing it with your palm, so it takes a little more time. (ps i am skinny so it might not work if your veluptous)

Take up yoga, do stretching exercises and lose weight (if this applies to you).........or take me with you when you go tanning.....
