Talk to your friend first, if she's a good friend b/c no guy is worth losing a friend over especially if shes like your best friend or something.

Well if he likes her or you back well he decides but if your frend is a really really a good frend she will tell you to conquer him the same way she will and he will have like one of yall but he decides and if he picks your frend well you can conquer him or let him go and move on

you should tell the boy that you both like him and he can pick whoever he he like best. make sure your friend is okay w/ it first and then agree you guys wont get mad at each other
