How do I get my picture and profile off of match.com if I am no longer a payting member?

Go to "My account." Then "Change/cancel" Enter your password and say continue. Then click "cancel." That will remove it from being posted. However, if you change your mind and want it back at some other point, simply log back into the site with the same screenname, say reactivate, and it brings it back. I hope that helps.
