For about the last two weeks I've had these big bumps on the back of my tongue. They don't hurt but they are annoying cause they press against the back of my throat and makes it feel like there is something stuck there. Then at night my mouth gets completely dry and I can't do anything until I take a drink of water. Does anybody know what this might be?

Thanks for your help!!

Go see the doctor it could be something serious. He will probably take a test of sorts. It is hard to answer online.

I think your taste buds can actually get infected, believe it or not. They could be canker sores. Not to scare you but if you've been having oral sex, you can catch several STDS and not all of them are painful. Go to the Dr. just to check it out, it could be serious!
