Peace!
Genesis 1-11, which includes the story of Adam and Eve are Near Eastern myths picked up by Jewish writers after the exile.
The story of creation and other stories in Genesis are parables and should be read in that context. There are deep theological truths in these stories which one should look for. If you read the Bible on the same level it was written (spiritual) God will speak to you.
So yes, we are all brothers and sisters in a weird way because God created us, and adopted us as his children through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.

It depends on whether you consider Adam and Eve human. After all, many stories are marred by time and human influence. Was the dirt that Adam was said to have been created from really "dirt" as we know it, or is there more to this seemingly clear explanation. I think religion has dissuaded you from seeking the deeper meaning within the contexts of His word. Don't be turned away from God by religion. I strongly encourage you to look deeper for meaning within the scriptures.

Remember - according to the Bible, humanity was wiped out in the Great Flood and the only survivors were Noah, his wife, their three sons, and those sons' wives.
The incest question doesn't even have to go back to Adam and Eve. And the argument that "incest was okay back then because man hadn't started being evil" yadda yadda yadda doesn't hold water either (if you'll pardon the pun) - because if man hadn't started becoming evil, then why the need to wipe everyone out and start over?

YES it does. We also have an opportunity to be Brothers and Sisters in Christ thus becoming GOD's "adopted CHILDREN". HE has given HIS SON so that we would have an opportunity to be among the saved. What a wonderful opportunity we have. Have a great week.
