I lost 40 pounds by eating 2 meals and a snack a day. I ate healthy choice turkey on wheat bread around noon thats a total of 110 calories then i went for a 2 mile run/walk, you run 20 minutes, then walk 10 and do this until you reach 2 miles it should take less than an hour (run at about 6-7 mph, walk 3-4mph) you wil burn at least 400 calories. Then eat a healthy choice meal (250-350 calorie meal) and dont go to bed for at least 2 hours after. The whole process causes you to lose weight by you are burning calories that you havent eaten when you run, and when you go to bed you should have 50-65 calories left over from your dinner. You will lose weight because humans should consume 2000 calories a day. This will work you will see results within 2-3 days. I lost 40 pounds in a month this way

Current recommendations say you should do 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week (at the right heart rate for your age) as well as eating a well-balanced diet. THIS DOES NOT MEAN CUTTING CARBS. Your body requires carbohydrates for energy as well as for normal brain functioning. If you want to lose weight, it is suggested that you cut 500 calories from your diet each day to safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. Keep your fat intake low and try to replace it with more nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and low-fat carbs. Keep in mind that exercise and proper diet must be used in combination to maximize your results. DO NOT GET SUCKERED into believing a fad diet or "quick fix" supplements will help you.

Keep trying different exercises so your workouts stay fresh. This will also force your body to keep recruiting different muscles. Best of luck. . . .

Hi there, if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.

drink lots of water, eat healthy food, try getting snacks that will take the place of your junkfood where it will be easier to eat healthy while still having the great taste. walking and running obviously. start at something easy and slowly add on as your diet progresses celery is good. and dont fast or over work yourself. you dont want to become overly obsessed. it rele sucks. work hard but dont push yourself TOO much. and eat 5-6 meals a day. keep them in small portions so not to overeat(it helps keep your metabolism up while also keeping you from getting as hungry)

Look for a homeopathic doctor. Mine helped me determine that my body responds best to a vegetarian, low-glycemic diet. I also took Mannatech products. With all that and exercise, the weight came off super fast. Fad diets are dangerous, especially artificial sweeteners.
