I love praiseing the LORD GOD allmighty I need to be sure about what my church should do when some members are rude Christians, they make it hard some of them for me to come. What my pastor has as leaders,for the last 5 years the church members are leaving,some of the so called leaders I don't want to follow where will we go with an attude,not a smile. I have had some bumps in the road they helped me, turly GOD has blessed everybody that has helped me. I am thankful I owe GOD not the people. They make me feel not wanted at times same old sad song. It just doesn't feel so good going to fellow ship perhaps where I have upset some church folk.

first if youowe God not the people why are you having a hard time fellowshipping?
your dealing with emotions based on offense. people have not responded to you or treated you the way you think they should have.
the leadership has yet to honor you in some way? you see the failings of some in leadership, yes? but you give God all the glory for them helping you in times of need. Yes God gets the glory as He should but show those in authority the God given respect they are do, let God correct them.
in short look to God to correct, rebuke, chastise. Forgive and show mercy to those who miss it, Jesus said pray for those who spitfully use you. God desires humilty and mercy. when we become more focused on others we begin to walk by the flesh. keep your sight on God, its not our job to keep everyone in line or get props for our works here.
we lay up treasures in heavan. if we get some here it's a bonus, everything good or bad is written in the book of rememberance and we will give an account for it, not your leadership.
God loves you and desires that you prosper and live in His blessing. God works through people, but only when we have the a pure heart. jusdgement stops the flow of the spirit of God. unforgiveness, offense and a critical heart is the foundation the enemy needs to over take our life. be not ignorant of the enemies tricks.
