I'll give you quite a number of reasons...so you can pick and choose.
First of all- YOU NEED THE OZONE LAYER TO BE INTACT SO YOU DON'T GET AFFECTED BY THE UV RAYS AND DON'T GET SKIN CANCER AND DIE.
second- EVEN IF YOU DON'T DIE, YOUR CHILDREN AND OTHERS MY BE IN DANGER

and oh yeah- GLOBAL WARMING=DESTRUCTION OF EARTH

Because not only you will suffer. But your children and your children's children will suffer. One day someone will make jokes about pandad and the kids will not know what a panda is.
The more you pollute, the closer to armageddon. You be the judge of why you even NEED one answer to stop global warmin. The question should really be, give one reason why to not TRY to stop global warming.
