Most western European coutries, but not England, I think. Many Latin American countries, but I think not Mexico. Some US states, including CA, allow public nudity so long as you are not drawing attention to your nudity. So gardening in your front yard naked is ok, but mooning the passers-by is not.

I don't know which country would allow you to run around naked in public but if you enjoy this try your local nudist colonies. There are quite a few in Floride if you live in U.S..

Go to the Love Parade in Berlin and try it. I've seen worse when I was there. You could also try the island of Ibiza off the coast of Spain.

Incarcerated? I think I'd be more worried about sunburn!! Plus, you may get arrested for assault with a dead weapon.
