I am 6'3" and 143 lbs. My metabolism is so fast that I have trouble gaining weight. There are limitless diets to lose weight but none that I know of to gain.... Does anyone have any ideas (besides junk food that will just make me feel sick and unable to eat for awhile)?

Your body is burning calories very fast. You need to consume more calories that you are burning. Try to increase your daily intake by 500 calories to safely gain 1-2 pounds a week. Best of luck. . .

Eat big meals, five times a day.

Breakfast - two plates of food
Brunch - eat something
Lunch - two or three plates of food
Before Dinner - eat something
Dinner - Eat another two or three plates of food

Then go lay down for an hour and get back up and fix you something to eat.

Even if you feel full, eat! You body will get use to the extra food and will demand you to keep eating in this fashion.

If you don't gain weight after a month, then get checked out for aids. Anyone that doesn't gain weight after eating like this has got to have aids.

yea wow your thin, i would say do the protein shakes if your looking to bulk up as far as muscle mass goes, otherwise there are plenty of shakes like ensure, boost etc that has a lot of calories in them.. the more calories the better, and to stay on the healthy side of it all your right junk food isn't the answer

Try eating at a different sub shop every day of the week. Eat out a lot. Eat a lot of potato chips, donuts, lasagna. Fried chicken will also do the trick.

You are a lucky one. Never mind gaining weight, as you get older excess pounds will come, then you'll wish like hell you were skinny again. Don't worry about it, skinny is much better.
