What does this mean, i hoping for a thought out answer. pleases ASAP

Yes its true! everything takes time wether it is one second its time. There are good habits and bad ones i say let the bad ones go out from the window. this way when they fall they are to broken to even be pieced back together again.

A Habit is a habit, they are indeed difficult to conquer. Having it flung out the window would indeed be a mistake for surely it would work it's way right back again. One must coach their self emotionally, mentally and physically in agreement to rid their self of it. Once that is done you may begin to move slowly toward the goal. It is called "tread softly" toward the goal.

I think that this means that a habit should not be broken quickly(cold turkey) but should be stopped one step at a time. That is my understanding of it any way. But I don't necessarily agree with it! When I quit smoking many years ago, I did it cold turkey!! Which worked for me!
