Why do all my Limewire downloads do this skip/ jump thing?

They are "skipping/jumping" because your computer is finding the sources to download that file from several different sources. So what it does is take those various parts and piece them together for you, thats why it looks like its skipping around.

Usually that is because you are downloading corrupted files that are 'advertised" as good and complete.
