It depends on what is on your plate. If you eat half your food, you'll eat fewer calories and if you don't change anything else in your diet or lifestyle, you'll lose weight. However, you're better off eating a full plate of healthy foods than half a plate of fatty, high-calorie foods.

Cutting down portions helps a lot. BUT you need to eat those small portions more frequently (5 to 6 small meals per day).
This increases your metabolism and controls your caloric intake.
If you just starve yourself, you may overeat during the next meal.
And eat slowly, you'll get full and not eat as much.
Eat fruits and lowfat yogurts for dessert and you can have more with less calories.

only the thin paper plates. the foam upset my belly and clogs u[p the plumbing. why do you eat plates? i just get too hunjgry and get frantic with a biggold plate of burritos, man. yue, i understand. you that way too.

No. Weight loss results are best when you use a dietician and use a calorie counter and have a regular exercise schedule.
