Yes pan fish are the best I am from Georgia I like to go to old ponds and catch perch or crappie and fix them as soon as I get home.

My dad tries pushing it on me everytime he goes ice fishing and gets a good haul, but alas I can't stand the stuff and will gag at the smell of it. I wish I did like it as it's so good for you, but just chicken for me. Odd considering I love fishing - as long as someone else eats it I'm happy!
