Just incase you were to lazy to click the link, I included a very good paragraph here for ya!
Let me try to make crystal clear what is established beyond reasonable doubt, and what needs further study, about evolution. Evolution as a process that has always gone on in the history of the earth can be doubted only by those who are ignorant of the evidence or are resistant to evidence, owing to emotional blocks or to plain bigotry. By contrast, the mechanisms that bring evolution about certainly need study and clarification. There are no alternatives to evolution as history that can withstand critical examination. Yet we are constantly learning new and important facts about evolutionary mechanisms.

Evolutionists have been very clear about this distinction of fact and theory from the very beginning, if only because we have always acknowledged how far we are from completely understanding the mechanisms (theory) by which evolution (fact) occurred. Darwin continually emphasized the difference between his two great and separate accomplishments: establishing the fact of evolution, and proposing a theory--natural selection--to explain the mechanism of evolution.

It was a nice try dude, but they just don't get it. They don't understnad that if that site was as biased as they claim, the research presented by it would have already been discredited. They seem to think that all academics are working in unison to deny god. But in reality, most academics are not only committed to the truth but would gladly expose a fraud in their midst.

Evolution is a fairy tale, because there is no mechanism. It is not a scientific theory, because nobody has been able to explain how something happened accidentally that cannot be done in a laboratory. Evolution is pure BS.
I feel sorry for people that cling to this belief, after countless "missing links" have been proved to be frauds: Nebraska Man, Peking Man, Lucy, and the list goes on. You have a right to your own religions, but don't insult my intelligence by calling it science. When has the Scientific Method ever pointed to evolution as a valid theory? The fact is, there is no scientific theory to explain the origin of life, or the various plants and animals, most of which are now extinct.
Evolution without a mechanism is not a scientific theory. Evolution without demonstration, repeatability and falsification is not a scientific theory. Stop calling it fact, it is not even a theory.

Now that we know that evolutionists know what a fact is, let's look at a few of the "facts" trotted out on this web page. First there is this statement:
"It is a fact that all living forms come from previous living forms. Therefore, all present forms of life arose from ancestral forms that were different. Birds arose from nonbirds and humans from nonhumans. No person who pretends to any understanding of the natural world can deny these facts any more than she or he can deny that the earth is round, rotates on its axis, and revolves around the sun."
This statement is an ASSERTION, not a fact, and is not supported on this web page by any "facts".
This whole web page by talkorigins gives no factual evidence for any of the bold assertions it makes. An assertion is not always a fact. This web page also states as a "fact" that humans developed through evolution from non-humans. This "fact" has yet to be proven by science, and is just as much a statement of blind faith as that made by any religion. There is much talk about the "overwhelming evidence", yet talkorigins never shows any such evidence, just high-minded rhetoric and name-dropping of famous evolutionists.
Where are the intermediate species? We know that winged insects appear in the fossil record suddenly with fully formed and functional wings, there are no fossils of insects with partially formed wings. The same goes for many other things. Evolution cannot explain how complex organs such as the eye were formed or how an animal could develope a set of lungs without a heart, or the blood system without a liver, all the major organs work together as a system. Please explain these "facts".

How can you have a fact and no facts to back it up? If after all those millions of years why are there still monkies swinging around and not more humans? Do you realize that if we took the average family (mom and dad) and they had the average amount of kids (approximately 2) that this world would have no room for all the population of people, much less the population of all the animals and bacteria and any other organism that occupies it? Bet you haven't thought about that part of it. Face it, evolution is not true. There are too many minute little details of this Earth that if changed would not support life on this planet. Besides that, why is there not the "missing link" which has been hoaxed so many times? How many times has creation had to have been hoaxed? None that's how many because we do not have the ability to create life from something that is not living. Now do I want to believe in something that has just been hoaxed over and over and over or in something that hasn't been? Choice is yours, hope you make the right one.

I could very easily link you to sites that denounce (scientists by the way) evolution!
I think this is a ridiculous argument.
Evolution is not a fact. It is a theory, hypothesis at best in my opinion.
Read some non biased material.
I agree, I am bored.
Creationism has just as many facts, however you never see us say it is a fact, we always just point to God and the Bible. Never saying how Darwin was ill, using drugs and having psychotic episodes . . . . .. .
oops there I just did. Getting sarcastic, must sign off. Read some Creation books: It will combat ANYTHING you come up with in your babble, http://www.answersingenesis.org/

Hey Bunz;
We are so overwhelmed by the mass of knowledge that you have accumulated. I would like to present these five for your contemplation.
1. Evolution has never been observed.
2. Evolution violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
3. There are no transitional fossils.
4. The theory of evolution says that life originated, and evolution proceeds, by random chance.
5. Evolution is only a theory; it hasn't been proved.
If you have the know how, would you be condescending enough to give us your wise council on these objections?
You have your presumptions, we have our answers.

So you're concluding that evolution is real? Then fine, here's a quote for you by C.S. Lewis on materialistic thoughts:
‘If the solar system was brought about by an accidental collision, then the appearance of organic life on this planet was also an accident, and the whole evolution of Man was an accident too. If so, then all our present thoughts are mere accidents—the accidental by-product of the movement of atoms. And this holds for the thoughts of the materialists and astronomers as well as for anyone else’s. But if their thoughts—i.e. of materialism and astronomy—are merely accidental by-products, why should we believe them to be true? I see no reason for believing that one accident should be able to give me a correct account of all the other accidents. It’s like expecting that the accidental shape taken by the splash when you upset a milkjug should give you a correct account of how the jug was made and why it was upset.’
All right, so let's just assume that evolution is real, then what a very happy life this is. We are monkeys.....a notion I find rather degrading. Anyways, no matter how many facts pile, I'll always believe in creationism, as I can't believe that this world could have been created by mistake.

Good try man. Some people just are so blind to what is in front of their face. Just think of what you are asking them. To just deny everything that is their life. That is a huge thing to do. You can't just show someone a website and change their mind. It will have to be a slow gradual process....we have to evolve their brain ;). And most of all if the people are on yahoo answers then they are already too old to even try to teach. From what I can tell you have to start before they hit 18ish. After that they are very set in their ways. Good try though. It is appreciated sir.

The introduction to Genesis and to the whole Bible ascribes everything to the living God, creating, making, acting, moving, and speaking. There is no room for evolution without a flat denial of Divine revelation. One must be true the other false. All of God’s works are good, great, wondrous, and perfect.
Man starts from nothing. He begins in helplessness, ignorance, and inexperience. All his works, therefore, proceed on the principle of evolution. This principle is only seen in human affairs: from the hut to the palace; from the canoe to the ocean liner; from the spade to the plowshare to machines. But the birds build their nests today as at the beginning. There is growth and development within man, but no passing, change, or evolution out from one into another.
For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be evident stages of evolution today. You would be able to find species in many stages of evolution in nature right now. For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be no God. And that’s exactly what evolutionists believe and are trying prove. The evolutionist bases his or her conclusions on human assumptions and reasoning, instead of on the documentary evidence of the manuscripts.

This is a fairly dated reference
Since we now have T REX red meat and blood cells it is quite unlikely dinos were actually 65+ million years ago and certianly the date bears scrutiny
Since we now have baby dinosaurs in or on the fossilized bones of mammels in the last years, the comments about mammels not beind around then... well... also dated
The case is much overstated... there is no doubt micro evolution occurs... wolves turn into dogs... bow wow!! as if any dog breeder coulda told you that
did non life turn into life... no
did single cells critters turn into multi cells, plant and animals... no
did asexual animals turn into sexual... no
but did birds turn into replitles... no
did retiles turn into mammels... no
did apes turn into people...no
