I've tried Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub in the shower, but that didnt make a huge difference for me. The best thing is to wash the affected area with your regular facewash twice a day, like you do to your face, and then apply a prescription gel. (I use differin, but Retin-A is good too) If you don't want to wash your body with facewash (because it gets kind of annoying), there are prescription pills you can take that get the acne all over your body, not like creams and gels that only get where you apply it to. If you have sex or irregular periods, birth control would be a good option, because it pretty much kills the acne, and it's like killing two birds with one stone. Anyway, there are many ways to get rid of acne, ask your doctor for whats best.

Your shampoo and conditioner can make you break out on your back and chest. Wash your hair and if it's longer clip it up.
Then use any good face cleanser, I really like Alpha Hydrox Face Wash and use a back scrubber to reach all your back.
After your shower make sure you wash the back scrubber off with hot water and let it air dry- to prevent any bacterial growth which will cause more breakouts.
After you dried off pour Witch Hazel in a spray bottle and spray your back and chest.
You won't get rid of it forever but you can at least help battle it.
Also if you workout make sure you take off any tight fighting clothing like your sports bra and wash your back.

Do you have long hair? I had really long hair and I would break out on my back and when I cut my hair really short it seems as if almost instantly the pimples went away. I'm not saying you should cut your hair, but it could be something you are using if you do in fact have long hair. If not, drink lots of water and try to dry them out..Maybe some of those acne pads.

Use the same cleanser on your chest and shoulders that you use on your face. Or, you can buy acne-formula body wash. I like Neutrogena.
